Glenn Uncategorized 4 Comments

With the novel coronavirus spreading around the globe, the world is a scary place right now. It’s a hard time for tinnitus sufferers everywhere.

I know how much everyone is struggling.

On top of all the added anxiety and stress, we are now facing social isolation and economic hardship, too.

But I have a plan to help as many tinnitus sufferers as I possibly can through this difficult time!

  1. The Kindle eBook Version of Rewiring Tinnitus is now FREE! (through Friday)
  2. I’m increasing my 1-on-1 tinnitus coaching hours so I can work with more people
  3. I’m discounting the Tinnitus Relief Project Brainwave Entrainment Audio Program
  4. I’m launching new a new tool to help you find relief from tinnitus spikes!

Step 1: The kindle version of my book Rewiring Tinnitus is officially free until Friday at midnight!

We’re all stuck at home in quarantine, so why not take this time as an opportunity to proactively work to habituate to your tinnitus and improve your health?

Until 11:59pm PDT on Friday, the kindle version of Rewiring Tinnitus is 100% free.

Please help me the get the word out far and wide!

Share this with anyone and everyone you know with tinnitus! Share it on social media and message boards! Pass it along to your family, even if they don’t have tinnitus, so they can better understand what you’re going through!

All I ask in return is that if you find it helpful, please leave a review .

Step 2: I’m increasing my 1-on-1 tinnitus coaching capacity

For the last several years, I’ve worked with nearly 200 tinnitus sufferers (all over the world via Skype/Facetime) in a 1-on-1 tinnitus coaching capacity.

It’s a hands-on, personalized approach to habituation where I’m able to adapt all of my strategies, techniques, and tools to best deal with each unique tinnitus situation.

The challenge is that I’ve only ever had the ability to work with a few people at a time. So for the foreseeable future, I’m expanding my working hours to help as many people as I possibly can, including weekends, early mornings and evenings.

I can’t promise I will be able to work with everyone, but if you need help, I will be doing everything I can to get you on my schedule! At some point, if that means group lessons, that is an option as well.

If you need help and want to work with me one-on-one, click here to fill out a tinnitus coaching application and I will get back to you ASAP!

Sorry I wasn’t more clear on the date! I ran the free promo for 72 hours and yes I will 100% be doing this promo again in the future. I plan to make this a regular thing to help as many people as I can!

  2. Hi Glenn: Just wanted you to know I am a new tinnitus patient and am fortunate to have a hypnotherapist who made me a 20 minute guided meditation that uses a lot of your suggestions like imagining a DJ booth (I am a retired mobile DJ!) where you turn down the volume knob and adjust the tone. It’s great to see her guided meditation uses your suggested imagery as written in your book. Your book arrived today and I just finished reading it. I will put many of your suggestions into play now. I also purchased all your MP3 downloads as I do have a bit of problem falling asleep and want as many meditations as possible to try. Seems my tinnitus gets much more difficult around mid nite when I usually go to bed. Also, I have been an experienced meditator for many years. I am disabled (a tree limb fell only back many years ago) so I meditate to reduce nerve pain and hopefully bring back some function as well. I know i do get stressed easily with the Covid crisis now as well as other issues so I will work on reducing stress. But mainly just wanted to say thank you for offering all of us help from your personal perspective. Very cool!

PS: What is your opinion on the MANY YouTube videos that suggest tapping the head around the ears or pulling on ears to stretch, or massaging temples, putting thumb in and out of ears to change pressure, etc. I tried them for 5 days but no help. Is it all a gimmick?

Hi Marty, I appreciate your kind words and I’m so glad you’ve found my strategies/techniques helpful! As far as the tapping around head/ears/face etc, I have never heard of any cases where this actually was a permanent solution. It may offer a bit of relief for a short while, but it’s not going to help you habituate or cure your tinnitus.
