INSTRUCTIONS: Listen to one of these tracks anytime you are having a spike and starting to panic. The track includes an explanation of how the spike will pass, as well as a guided relaxation and cognitive reframing exercise to start the coping process.

NOTES: Each track is 20 minutes and the first 3 tracks listed feature brainwave entrainment engineered to put you in a state of relaxation automatically as you listen to help start the coping process. I recommend listening to the entire track.

The last 3 tracks listed do not contain brainwave entrainment.
